Main Introduction:
Supper High torque twin screw extruder line is our improved product which can compare with European machine.
The gearbox, torque limiter is imported directly from European suppliers.
Motor, electrical parts will use Siemens or ABB.
Barrel with bi-metallic linear inside, made by high accuracy CNC machine
Screw elements is W6Mo5Cr4V2. Made by CNC machine.
Screw and barrel can be imported from European supplier as well.
L/D could be up to 68
Screw speed is up to 1000rpm
Ideal screw configuration for different materials.
