The conical double  screw force feeder has features of  continuous feeding and self cleaning. The bulk materials from the co-keader will be conveyed  to the extruder by special designed intermeshing screw. So there is almost no material back flow issue. The feeding speed is controllable by frequency inverter, you can adjust the rotation speed based on your extruder capacity and running condition.

Features:
