HDPE Sheet Extrusion Line

 

  This line is used for making HDPE sheet for automotive industries. The sheet width is 3000mm, with thickness ranges from 3mm-5mm.  It is composed of Loss-in-weight feeding system for different components. CHT135-Max high torque twin screw extruder. CSE300 single screw extruder, Adaptor, T-Die, Calender roller, pulling machine, chilling rack, cutting system. Robot, stacker.
