Hight Torque Dual Screw Extruder With Strand Pelletizing System For Filler Masterbatch

Main Introduction:

CHT52-Plus is our high torque twin screw extruder. Which makes the output double than that of low torque twin screw extruder. With bigger motor, bigger Do/Di volume, and ideal screw profile design. It can save you not only the first investment, but also the energy to get the same capacity.

Parts Speicifications:

1. Feeding system

    There are several different feeding method optional for this.

    Volumetric feeding: By twin screw with inter-mesh or non-intermesh screw depends on the raw material                                       properties.

     Gravimetric feeding system:   This is to whom has a strict percentage of different components ratio.    

                                                    And can give very accurate feeding rate. Including automatic loading,                                                            refilling system, gravimetric feeding system

2. Gearbox:

    There are three different types of gearbox box available.

       1st, B type gearbox, which means low torque but economic one.

        2nd.  D type gearbox, which is high torque one, with this high torque gearbox, you can use bigger                       motor power for the same size machine, but the capaicty is almost doubled then the B type                         gearbox.

       3rd.  Imported gearbox. This is to use on the high quality extruders which can compare with Europe                   extruder, who needs a more stable and reliable machine but the cost is too much lower than that               of European machine. 

3. Screw and Barrel:

    For the screw and barrel, we can give two types for your optional.

    1st.  W6Mo5Cr4V2.  Which is the best material in China. It is highly anti-abrasive and anti-corrossion.

    2nd.  Imported from Germany SARAMET.  With imported gearbox, you can get the same quality as                     European machines BUT pay less money

4. Pelletizing system:

    Various pelletizing system optional depends on the raw material and your requirements.

    1. Strand Water cooling pelletizing system

    2. Water ring pelletizing 

   3. Die face air cooling pelletizing

   4. Under water pelletizing

   5. Strand air cooling pelletizing system

1. Fiber reinforcement: glass fiber, carbon fiber reinforced PP,PA,PBT,ABS,AS,PC,POM,PPS,PET,PPO,PSF,LCP,etc.
2. Ploymer blending :bleding of PC+ABS, PA+ABS,CPE+ABS,PP+EPDM,PA+SBS,etc.
3. Incorporation of fillers :CaCO3,Tale,TiO2,carbon black filled PE,PP,or EVA etc.
4. Cable Compounds:cable sheath,cable insulation compounds of LDPE,HDPE,LLDPE,MDPE;radiation-crosslinkable compounds ,optical fiber protection compounds ,heat-shrinkable polymer compounds.
5. Special Compounds :PPR pipe compounds,PE compounds for crosslinked pipes,tobacco filter
compounds,etc
6. High Concentration Color Masterbatches: PE,ABS,PS,EVA,PET,PP etc. With high concentration of pigments and other procrssing aids.
7. Masterbatches with Flame Retardants:PP,PA,ABS,EVA,PBT etc.with flame retardants and other
additives.
8. Special Functional Masterbatches :Masterbatches with anti-static,anti-abcteria ,or other
special functional fillers.
9. Masterbatches for Degradable Polymers:PP,PE,PS etc. Blended with high concentration of
starch and other processing aids.
