• Higher efficiency: An automatic and continuous turn-key project including co-kneader, lifter, conical twin screw force feeder, extruder, pelletizing, packing system is available
• Kneading, feeding and extrusion parts could be heated by electricity, vapor or oil based on the specific temperature control requirement.
• Co-kneader use four flight synchronous rotor kneading chamber which is high efficient, low energy cost, sufficient plasticizing and even dispersion.
• Feeding system will use the conical twin screw feeder, it could be some mixing function and mainly force feeding the material to the extruder.
• Conical twin screw force feeder and the extruder speed is controlled by frequency inverter, could be adjusted separately or synchronously
• PLC and HIM control, making your operation more easy and automatic
