Our conical double  screw force feeder is continuous feeding and self cleaning. The bulk material will be transferred  to the extruder by intermeshing screw. So there is almost no material back flow issue. The feeding rate is controllable by frequency inverter, you can adjust the rotation speed based on your extruder capacity and running condition very easily.

Rubber granulating, coloring plastic modification,and functional masterbatch,  rubber plastic compounding and high filler , etc.
