Conical twin screw force feeder has the characteristics of continuous feeding and self cleaning. The bulk material will be conveyred to the extruder by intermeshing screw. Thus there is no materials back flow problem. The feeding rate is controllable by frequency inverter, you can adjust the rotation speed based on your extruder capacity and running condition very easily.

Rubber granulating, coloring plastic modification,and functional masterbatch,  rubber plastic compounding and high filler , etc.
