Specifcation of the machine:

1. Motor: Siemens AC  110kw, Siemens /Schneider/ABB speed regulators optional. Outpu speed:    

    1480rrpm.Safety grade: IP56

2. Screw rotation speed: 0-600rpm

3. Torque limiter: Safety clutch toque limtier with speed sensor to protect the screw and shaft , You can chose either domestic or imported torque limiter for your machine.

4. Gravimentric feeding system and volumetric feeding system are optional for your application. You can chose domestic or imported gravimetric feeding system. 

5. L/D: 44

    Screw elements: made of high speed tool steel,W6Mo5Cr4V2, with hardness of HRC58-62.  Also we can imported raw material from Europe and process in China. 

     Barrels: totally 11 sections, based materials is #45 steel with bimetallic linear inside the barrels.  

     Hardness HRC60-62.  1 feeding zone, 1 side feeding zone and venting zone, 1 degassing zone, others

     are closed zone.

6. Heater: Cast copper  heater, heating power 30 kw. Cartridge heaters are also available. 

7. High speed side feeder: Rotation speed up to 400rpm, first stage is metering feeder with inverter,

   second stage is high speed force feeder, with modular screw elements , Barrel L/D6. With venting

    system and frequency inverter.

8. Strand pelletizer. 4kw, AC motor, Frequency inverter. 

9. Vacuum system : 3kw, with vacuum chamber and vacuum gauge, pipeline,etc

10. Water cooling system with heat exchanger and pressure gauge,1.1kw

11. OMRON dual channel PID temperture controller from Japan, or Siemens temperature control

      module.optional.

13.  Output:  400kg/hr based on 500rpm, PP,PA+glass fiber

14: Packing system:  Open mouth

15. Controlling system: Both control panel and Simens PLC and touch screen available.
