3.1 Diverter valve
 

Diverter valve guides the melt stream either through the screen pack or via a bypass system around the screen pack to a strand die.

4.1 Cabinet for extrusion line
 

1) Meter Controlling System:

a,The temperature controller for the main extruder is Siemens Temperature module controller. Solid relay is used for heating and cooling loop. The solenoid valve is VMI from USA

2) Main Extruder Interlock Protection Function:

a,Main Extruder interlocks with the lubricant pump for the gear box and the fan for the main motor

b,Main extruder interlocks with the feeder, when the extruder stops, the feeder will stop immediately;

c,The main motor has protective functions of over current, under voltage, lack of phases, over heat and block running.

d,There is melt pressure and melt temperature display function on the die, of which the melt pressure interlock with the main extruder to realize the over pressure protection on the die

3) Main breaking switch is EATON

4) Small AC contactor is EATON

5) New type motor protective air switch is EATON

6) Uniform rotation speed and frequency indicating gauge

7) The electrical cabinet is designed and produced according to the standard of SIEMENS which has a wider space and is good for ventilation and heat dispersion as well as examination and repairing
